Our wonderful Chiropractor, Dr Ellie Richardson, has also been leading mat Pilates classes in London for the last 6 years. During her time working with our clients, Ellie has noticed that many of you could benefit from extra TLC from a clinical perspective, alongside the great work you're already doing to maximise healthy injury recovery.
Every Wednesday, Ellie welcomes you to join her for a 45-minute class where you'll experience a full Pilates workout, along with advice on how to modify exercises for specific injuries and guidance on using Pilates to aid in the rehabilitation of musculoskeletal injuries.
All of our clinical pilates classes are run out of our private gym space at Hoxton Chiropractic.

Not at all! Our classes are intended to be accessible to beginners and advanced participants alike.
Make sure you wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move with ease. Keep in mind that Pilates is typically done barefoot, but wearing socks with a grip is encouraged.
Generally speaking, yes. We adapt all exercises based on your recovery. Your instructor will guide you through the best exercises for your specific injury and make sure you work out safely.
If you are unsure whether you can do the classes with your specific injury, contact us before the class so we know the type of injury you have sustained and how far in the recovery process you are. We can then advise you on whether the class will be beneficial to you.
