 Hoxton Chiropractic Terms and Conditions

1. Definitions

· "Client" means anyone receiving treatment at the Clinic.

· "Clinic" means Hoxton Chiropractic, including all the chiropractors, healthcare professionals and staff who work there.

· "Practitioner" means any chiropractor or healthcare professional providing services at the Clinic.

· "Treatment" refers to any healthcare service provided by the Clinic.

· "Block Booking" means a set of Treatments purchased at a discounted price.

2. Your appointment

· You can make bookings online on our website, over the phone or by visiting the clinic. All our appointments are managed using the online system available on our website, so this is a good place to look for up-to-date availability.

· If you have a preference for a certain Practitioner, we’ll aim to book you in with them as soon as they have availability. However, your preferred Practitioner may be unavailable, or we may need to book your Treatment with a Practitioner who is better suited for your care. On these rare occasions, we may move your Treatment to another Practitioner, and we’ll talk you through it if this happens.

· Please give us at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you don’t give us enough notice, we may charge you a cancellation fee or deduct a Treatment from your Block Booking.

· If we need to cancel or reschedule your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, we’ll let you know as soon as possible and try to arrange a new time that suits you.

3. Payments

· Treatments can be paid for in three main ways: i) pay-as-you-go; ii) block bookings, which are discounted; and iii) through your private or company medical insurance.

· Pay-as-you-go treatment fees are due at the time of treatment. Block booked sessions have to be paid for in advance. Treatments using medical insurance are managed by the clinic team and different insurers have varying processes – many will make payment directly to the Clinic, but a small number require the Client to pay and reclaim. Our friendly clinic team will talk you through this.

4. Block Booking Details

· Block Bookings are available at a discount compared to paying for individual sessions. Details are available from our friendly Clinic team.

· There’s no expiry date on Block Bookings, so you can use them whenever you want during our operating hours, subject to availability.

· Block Bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable and must be used by you, unless we agree otherwise in writing.

5. Refunds and Complaints

· We do not offer refunds for pay-as-you-go Treatments as these will already have been provided.

· Block Bookings are not refundable, but have no expiry date.

· If you are dissatisfied with your experience of the Clinic, we encourage you to raise this as soon as possible using our complaints process, so that we can try to put things right.

· If you remain dissatisfied, we will explain where else you can complain.

6. Our Liability to You

· The Clinic does not accept liability for any loss, damage, or injury you may experience as a result of treatment, unless it’s due to negligence on our part.

· If you believe you may have a claim, you must bring it to our attention as soon as possible so that we can respond appropriately and try to put things right.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

· We’re committed to protecting your privacy and personal information and our Privacy Policy and Privacy Notice is available on our website.

· We’ll only collect, use, and store your personal data in line with relevant data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

· By coming to the Clinic, you agree that we can use your personal data for treatment purposes, managing your appointments, and communicating with you.

8. Governing Law These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be handled by the courts of England and Wales.

9. Accepting These Terms By booking or coming to a Treatment at the Clinic, you’re agreeing to these Terms and Conditions.

10. Changes to These Terms We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. If we do, we will publish them here. By continuing to use our services, you will be accepting any updates.
