Danielle has a huge passion for and interest in fitness & wellness. Having been a competitive Irish dancer she experienced first hand the benefits that massage has for athletes of all abilities during both training and competition. Having witnessed how important massage therapy is for the body, she decided to expand her knowledge by studying and gaining her ITEC qualifications in Anatomy & Physiology, Sports & Deep Tissue Therapies. She finds it extremely rewarding to help others in their journey to recovery, reach their peak performance potential and ultimately, make people feel better.
Danielle specialises in Deep Tissue, Sports and Holistic Massage therapies. She also works as a massage therapist for a football academy where she treats athletes for injury prevention and recovery. She likes to focus on post-treatment protocols for the players and her clients too, such as stretching and mobility work to be done outside of her treatment sessions.
During her sessions Danielle will listen intently to her clients and adjust the treatment techniques according to their needs. She enjoys treating anyone - no matter how active their lifestyle. She believes that self care is more important now than ever and truly believes that remedial massage is the perfect medium to enhance day to day quality of life.
When Danielle isn’t at work she loves keeping active by swimming and practising yoga. She also loves listening to podcasts and baking cakes!
