Leah has always been around in the health and fitness environment and has spent the last several years in the equine industry. Being around horses you really get to see how injuries can occur and destroy careers. It made Leah realise how good rehabilitation and care can aid an efficient and speedy recovery which is of high priority. This is where she really began to gain interest in how we can naturally heal our bodies and so it only seemed natural that she gained a keen interest in massage.
Leah has a BSc (hons) in Psychology and Sports Science and also a VTCT qualification in massage therapy. Having this qualification has allowed her to tailor my technique to meet the needs of each individual client and case and ease any pain or tension. As a massage therapist she wants you to be able to understand how your muscles relate to your problem and self-care.
She is also first aid trained and fully insured. Leah has a keen interest in rehabilitation of injuries and is looking to progress to level 4 and a variety of other correlating courses to expand on her knowledge and skills further.
